THE HILLS – GUAYAQUIL
The Hills is not a building that turns its back on the view.
Aluminum and glass windows open the terraces to Guayaquil’s horizon and keep a clean residential line.
The enclosure is designed for the coastal climate: sun, wind and humidity.
Living here is looking far, with an opening that does not argue or warp.
