In Puembo, STIHL reads from the street: a sharp glass showroom, tools in view and a façade that invites you in.
THE HILLS – GUAYAQUIL
The Hills looks at Guayaquil from above. The windows open the terraces to the horizon and close with precision against the coastal breeze.
AYMESA – QUITO
Over the AYMESA hall, the roof does more than cover: it brings daylight onto the floor and protects a line that cannot stop.
HYUNDAI TUMBACO – QUITO
From the Tumbaco avenue, Hyundai is already visible. The showroom opens in glass and the aluminum leaves a sharp brand, without visual noise.
KIA AGENCY - EL COCA
In El Coca the climate does not forgive. Kia opens the showroom with large-format glass and aluminum that stands up to the Amazon.
KIA VALLE CHILLOS
In Valle de los Chillos, Kia presents itself without detours: a transparent showroom and an entrance that invites you through the door.
MONTEOLIVO – QUITO
Monteolivo is resolved from above: roofs that protect against the Andean climate and, even so, let the light in.
PLODIS-SALCEDO
In Salcedo, PLODIS comes together: openings, railings, security and a plant that no longer reads as loose pieces.
UNIVERSIAN POLITECNICA DEL CARCHI
In Carchi, the Polytechnic opens to the day. Classrooms and circulation full of light, with an institutional reading that looks serious and livable.
FIBA MEDICAL – QUITO
In a healthcare building glass is not a shopfront: it is hygiene, light and an enclosure you can clean without drama. That is how FIBA Medical feels.
INSELEC – QUITO
A headquarters resolved as one system: envelope, openings, doors and roofs speaking the same language.
ITULPARK-PIFO QUITO
In Pifo the industrial park has an image too. Itulpark closes, protects and reads clearly: entries, roofs and an envelope that stands up to use.
SAVANI JOINT WORK
Savani is lived in common and in private. Windows, roofs and decorative glass light the complex without turning every apartment into a shopfront.
SUZUKI – GUAYAQUIL
Suzuki plants itself in Guayaquil with a lit showroom: openings, security and roofs that stand the coast and do not hide the brand.
KIA PARENT
In Guayaquil the Kia headquarters opens wide: large-format windows, a lit showroom and a façade that does not hide from the coastal sun.
PARKING BUILDING EL AVOCADO
A parking building has a façade too. At El Aguacate, cladding and roofs organize a hard-use building and make it read as architecture.
PLAZA MARQUEZINA SHOPPING CENTRE
Plaza Marquezina moves all day. Glass keeps that pace: light on the routes, clear entries and a roof that does not weigh on the mall.
PROVENZANA
Provenzana looks at the Pifo valley with calm openings: roofs that shelter and windows that do not fight the landscape.
UMCO
In Machachi, UMCO lights up and comes to order: windows, railings and roofs that stand the climate and do not turn the plant into an opaque shed.
UNIANDES
UNIANDES in Ambato is studied in light. Glass fills classrooms and corridors; the finishes give identity without overloading the façade.
JUDICIARY – TABACUNDO
In Tabacundo the court building opens to the light and closes where it must: clear service, controlled entries, institutional presence.
ARMONI – TUMBACO QUITO
In Tumbaco, Armoni opens the valley to every apartment: wide windows, glass railings and a façade that does not interrupt the view.
ORIEL BUILDING – TUMBACO
Oriel sits in Tumbaco with a sober residential façade: wide openings, light inside and an enclosure that does not argue with the setting.
CALDERON MARKET
A market is used from sun to sun. In Calderón the windows organize light and air, and stand the coming and going without losing the façade.
NAPOLEÓN DÁVILA CÓRDOVA GENERAL HOSPITAL
Each area of the hospital asks for something different. Glass, aluminum and covers adapt: light when waiting, protection when accessing, order in circulation.
PHYTOTHERAPY
A laboratory does not disguise its skin. Here aluminum and glass are the envelope: clean, light and made for work.
PORTAL SHOPPING
Portal Shopping is walked by a crowd. Glass connects inside and street, and aluminum stands the flow without losing the façade.
CENTRO ECUATORIANO AMERICANO
A curved red volume you do not forget. The glass follows that geometry and fills a building made to teach and gather.
EDIFICIO EQUIVIDA
Offices that feel open and, even so, rooms nobody watches from the corridor. Floor-to-ceiling glass does both.
KIA MATRIZ
The cars are on display; the glass does the rest. Large panels, a dark structure and a headquarters you understand at a glance.
PLANTA INDUSTRIAL TONI
At Toni the process is visible. Glass separates production, keeps hygiene and does not hide the work of the plant.
Complejo Judicial Sur
Glass bands between solid volumes: a justice building that does not close in on itself.
ESCUELA POLITECNICA DEL EJERCITO ESPE
Façades that curve and do not break. At ESPE the glass follows the campus and leaves a bright, continuous route, almost without seams.
GOVERNMENT PLATFORM
At city scale, not shopfront scale. Vertical sunshades and a glass rhythm that organizes a huge public complex.
JUDICIAL COMPLEX
Several levels of glass and an institutional reading that does not need to shout. The complex looks serious, contemporary and bright.
Banco Pichincha
White, gray and that unmistakable yellow: the cladding says who the bank is; the glass lets the building breathe.
BANK OF GUAYAQUIL
Floor to ceiling, the glass invites you in. A graphic pattern keeps privacy and, even so, the branch never feels shut.
Edificio Bosques de Navarra
Several levels of glass and the city in front. Bosques de Navarra opens vertically and does not ask permission to look.
EDIFICIO MARTEL
Quito’s sun is not improvised. At Martel, horizontal sunshades set the rhythm and the glass lights the building without glare.
Mapfre Atlas Building
Contemporary geometry, a red accent and windows that let light move between white volumes.
Matterhorn Building
Gray, white and an orange that sets the beat. Perforated panels shade the sun and give Cervino a façade you remember.
PARENT COMPANY BANCO GENERAL RUMIÑAHUI
A headquarters measured in height: glass panels, horizontal sunshades and a floor-to-ceiling entry that does not shrink the visitor.
DINERS CLUB DEL ECUADOR
A corporate headquarters of contained contrast: glass, light and dark modules, and an entry that does not break the building’s line.
EDIFICIO ARANJUEZ
In Aranjuez the glass does not cover the brick: it accompanies it. Windows, railings and a structure that meters Quito’s sun.
Ministry of Tourism
Dark glass in the vertical and, above, a graphic crown that marks the building without breaking the envelope.
Capitol Theatre
The Capitol arches stay in view. Glass closes the entry, protects the hall and does not cover the stone that already was the building.
Publishing House.
A publishing house where glass does not stop at the façade: sunshades outside and, inside, even a floor you walk over light.
BANCO PICHINCHA
The bank is seen — and recognized — in the glass itself: point fixings, a clear entrance and the brand bands on the façade.
