UCE COMPUTER CENTER
The UCE Computer Center is defined by the height of the glass.
The envelope, held with point hardware, wraps a building meant for study and clear circulation.
The transparent roof and stainless-steel railings reinforce that light in the central space.
It is not an opaque campus: it is a place you understand from the first flight of stairs.

From the Tumbaco avenue, Hyundai is already visible. The showroom opens in glass and the aluminum leaves a sharp brand, without visual noise.
KIA AGENCY - EL COCA
In El Coca the climate does not forgive. Kia opens the showroom with large-format glass and aluminum that stands up to the Amazon.
KIA VALLE CHILLOS
In Valle de los Chillos, Kia presents itself without detours: a transparent showroom and an entrance that invites you through the door.
MONTEOLIVO – QUITO
Monteolivo is resolved from above: roofs that protect against the Andean climate and, even so, let the light in.
PLODIS-SALCEDO
In Salcedo, PLODIS comes together: openings, railings, security and a plant that no longer reads as loose pieces.
AYMESA – QUITO
Over the AYMESA hall, the roof does more than cover: it brings daylight onto the floor and protects a line that cannot stop.
