Publishing House.
This publishing house treats glass as a system, not as street ornament.
Outside, the façade combines aluminum, glazed panels and horizontal sunshades to control light and visual rhythm.
Inside there are partitions, railings, movable enclosures and a glazed floor with point fixings.
Those who walk the building understand that every junction was considered — including the ones you cannot see from the sidewalk.

THE HILLS – GUAYAQUIL
The Hills looks at Guayaquil from above. The windows open the terraces to the horizon and close with precision against the coastal breeze.
UNIVERSIAN POLITECNICA DEL CARCHI
In Carchi, the Polytechnic opens to the day. Classrooms and circulation full of light, with an institutional reading that looks serious and livable.
