ESCUELA POLITECNICA DEL EJERCITO ESPE
ESPE is not an isolated pavilion: it is a campus you walk.
Curved glass and aluminum façades wrap the volumes and keep the building from reading as loose pieces.
The framing follows the geometry and leaves a continuous, bright, light envelope.
Studying and circulating here means moving inside one idea, not jumping from block to block.

In Puembo, STIHL reads from the street: a sharp glass showroom, tools in view and a façade that invites you in.
THE HILLS – GUAYAQUIL
The Hills looks at Guayaquil from above. The windows open the terraces to the horizon and close with precision against the coastal breeze.
UNIVERSIAN POLITECNICA DEL CARCHI
In Carchi, the Polytechnic opens to the day. Classrooms and circulation full of light, with an institutional reading that looks serious and livable.
