Windows, doors, envelope, security, cladding and roofs build an industrial park that presents itself with order.
The systems stand up to hard use and Pifo’s climate.
Controlling access and weather is not at odds with a clear image: here both are resolved together.

From the Tumbaco avenue, Hyundai is already visible. The showroom opens in glass and the aluminum leaves a sharp brand, without visual noise.
KIA AGENCY - EL COCA
In El Coca the climate does not forgive. Kia opens the showroom with large-format glass and aluminum that stands up to the Amazon.
KIA VALLE CHILLOS
In Valle de los Chillos, Kia presents itself without detours: a transparent showroom and an entrance that invites you through the door.
MONTEOLIVO – QUITO
Monteolivo is resolved from above: roofs that protect against the Andean climate and, even so, let the light in.
PLODIS NORTON TUTI SALCEDO
In Salcedo, PLODIS is unified: spans, railings, security and a floor that is no longer seen as loose parts.
AYMESA – QUITO
Over the AYMESA hall, the roof does more than cover: it brings daylight onto the floor and protects a line that cannot stop.
